Community Yiddish: Planting a Yiddish Garden
The Beaumont will be hosting Community Yiddish: Planting a Yiddish Garden
@ The Beaumont Studios in the courtyard
April 27th from 2-4 pm

In this workshop we’ll learn Yiddish plant names and gardening phrases, plant seeds together, and learn lids (songs/poems). You’ll have some seedlings labelled in Yiddish, and whatever other languages you’d like to add, to take home. All materials will be provided.
All Yiddish levels (beginner friendly!) and all ages are welcome to this workshop.
Community Yiddish is a space where we’re all there to learn from each other. Please feel welcome to bring something to share – a story, a song, a seed, a snack. What does a Yiddish garden mean to you?
Presented by the Knobl un Honik Kolektiv
