For more than twenty years, The Beaumont Studios has been part of Vancouver’s creative life. Today, our 22,000 square foot Mount Pleasant campus supports more than 100 working artists and welcomes tens of thousands of guests each year through exhibitions, performances, broadcasts, events, and public programming.
As a registered charity, working arts campus, gallery, performance venue, and creative community hub, The Beaumont exists to be where artists can create, gather, experiment, and share their work with the public.
Places like this are increasingly rare.
Across Vancouver, creative places continue to disappear under the pressure of rising costs and real estate uncertainty. Immersive Theatre
Immersive Theatre brings audiences into bold, site-responsive productions that can only happen in a place like The Beaumont. Support helps develop and present ambitious live experiences that use the building, artists, and audience relationship in distinctive ways.
bside radio
bside radio is The Beaumont’s street-level live broadcast media studio, and independent online channel for music, interviews, artist storytelling, and community voice. Support helps grow the platform as a home for local culture, creative conversation, and public engagement beyond the building.
B1 Gallery
B1 Gallery presents exhibitions, curatorial programming, and opportunities for artists to share their work with the public. Support helps keep visual art visible, accessible, and connected to Beaumont’s wider creative community. The gallery also hosts workshops for creative practice and career development, and provides a seating lounge adjacent our in-house café.
Artists-in-Residence
Artists-in-Residence supports working artists with market rent subsidized studio space, visibility, creative development, and opportunities to connect with audiences. Help artists maintain their creative practice and professional businesses contributing to the cultural life and creative economy of our city.
Volunteer Engagement
Volunteer Engagement strengthens the people-powered community infrastructure behind The Beaumont’s events, programs, and public experiences. Your support helps create meaningful ways for community members to participate, contribute, and belong.
Accessibility and Inclusion
Accessibility and Inclusion provides practical improvements that make The Beaumont more welcoming and navigable. Remove barriers to community participation and create a better experience for everyone who comes through the doors.

Beaumont supporters have known for years that a capital campaign to secure a forever home for The B has been on the horizon. In Vancouver’s current real estate market, that need has become increasingly urgent for The Beaumont’s long-term viability.
That campaign is now in its quiet phase.
