Alongside her artistic practice, she has worked as a personal trainer and wellness coach, supporting people in building awareness, balance, and connection within their bodies and minds.
As an artist, Tandis believes that creating peace from within –the mind, body and soul– leads to deeper, more authentic, self-expression within the arts or even our daily lives. This philosophy is the foundation of her work, where movement, breath, and creativity come together to support presence, freedom, and expressive exploration.
