Zen Garden: A Multi-sensory healing journey
πΏ Zen Garden is a multidisciplinary music production lab that is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of mindfulness and meditation. Our events are designed to promote inner happiness, peace, and balance, which benefits both individual well-being and society’s overall health.
πΆ At our multi-sensory meditation event, you will have the opportunity to experience unique and innovative approaches to mindfulness, such as sound and vibrational healing, music psychology, and 3D music and light therapy. These methods activate all of your senses to achieve a deep level of mindfulness and relaxation.
π΅ Our event will feature a performance by well-known musician Alvand Jalali, who will perform mesmerizing meditation music tracks that engage attendees at all levels of their subconscious and energy. He will be sharing the medicine of plant frequencies (by connecting electrodes to plants and capturing them on a synthesizer)
π§π½ββοΈHe will be co-creating with Ami Jot (NirvanAmi Yoga & Wellness) is a yoga, meditation and wellness practitioner. She is also a sound ceremonialist and combines chanting and medicine songs with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, shakers, drum, drone and other musical instruments to lead you into a deep state of relaxation and help activate the parasympathetic nervous system (“Rest and Digest” healing mode). You can reach her at www.nirvanami.com or nirvanami.yoga.wellness on IG/FB
